else 還可用在疑問代詞或副詞（如：who ,what ,where等）後面表示強調 :

else 一般不用在 whose 之後,遇此情況可用 who else’s。如: Who else’s fault could it be? 這會是其他什麼人的錯嗎?但若 who else’s 後不接名詞,有時也可用 whose else。如:I don’t know who else’s [whose else] it could be. 我不知道那是別的什麼人的。
