定冠詞the的用法

英語有三種冠詞，分別是不定冠詞，定冠詞和零冠詞。下面我就教大家定冠詞的用法！

操作方法

（01）特指某些人或某些事物, 例如： The book on the desk is mine． Beijing is the capital of China.

（02）指談話雙方都知道的人或事物, 例如：Open the window, please. Let''s meet on the road outside the school gate．What do you think of the film?

（03）指上文提到的人或事物, 例如：I saw a boy. The boy was crying. I have a bird. The bird is white. I bought a coat. This is the coat.

（04）用於世界上獨一無二的事物前面, 例如： We have friends all over the world. Which is the biggest, the sun，the moon or the earth? the sky ，the world The moon goes around the earth.

（05）用於單數名詞前表示一類人或事物, 例如：The horse is a useful animal. The apple is a kind of fruit.

（06）用於序數詞前, 例如： January is the first month of the year． The first lesson is easy.

（07）用於形容詞前最高級前, 例如：Who is the tallest student here? Winter is the coldest season of the year. Jim''s box is the biggest of all．

（08）表示某一類人或事物, 例如： The young should respect the old.

（09）表示某種抽象概念, 例如： The beautiful never dies.

（10）用於某些專有名詞前, 例如： the Yangtze River, the Suez Canal the Alps, the Tianshan Mountains the Pacific Ocean, the Yellow Sea, the Black Sea the West Lake the Hawaiian Islands the Times, the People''s Daily the Great Wall, the British Museum the Stone Age, the Ming Dynasty the United Nations

（11）用於含有普通名詞的專有名稱前, 例如： the United States of America the People’s Republic of China the United Nations

（12）用於姓氏複數形式前，表示一家人, 例如： The Browns are kind to us. The Kings are having dinner. The Turners are watching TV.

（13）用在樂器的名稱前, 例如： He can play the piano. She likes to play the violin and the flute.

（14）用於逢十的複數數詞前，表示年代, 例如： in the 1990''s

（15）用於某些習語, 例如： on the rightby the waygo to the cinema (theatre, concert…)in the front ofin the middle ofat the beginningin the end
