cost、spend、expend與take的區別是什麼

cost永遠是物做主語,而上面兩個詞是人做主語表示某物花費了某人多少多少錢,固定搭配：sth. cost sb. $例句：The ring cost him 100,000 task could cost you your life.這項任務可能讓你沒命。spend(過去式spent)：花費,有固定詞組：spend $ on sth./ (in) doing sth.例句：I spent 30 yuan on this book.I spent 4 days reading this book.(in可加可不加)spend表達的花費之意可以指花費金錢,也可以指花費時間、精力。expend 及物動詞花費 [在…上],消耗 [on,upon,in]We ~ed much time and effort on the experiment.我們在該項實驗上花費了不少時間和精力We ~ed a great deal of time and care in doing the work.我們做那件事花了許多時間和心血。take指做一件事、走一段路等所需的時間。
